motorcycle gear for beginners

is $10,000 enough for a new motorcycle?
im 18 and ive saved up $10,000. i want a motorcycle but i dont think i have enough. i was looking at either a ninja zx-6r or a ninja 650… i would need the gear and a license.
nd why would a zx-6r be a bad beginner bike?
… i checked the price for insurance on a 650 and its $400 for a year with full coverage. but i was thinking maybe i should look for other brands and not just kawasaki. can anyone tell me about another brand that has a good looking and riding 650??
annnnnnnd i already took a motorcycle training class…. im taking extra sessions so that i can start teaching… now stick to the question please..
…. ummm ok…. when i say extra courses its not one or two. im taking classes with the police academy which takes 2 years to complete. please dont assume things.
The truth is you can get a good used bike for 1/2 of that. Why buy a new bike and loose all that depreciation.
As for a Kawasaki I.m not a big fan.Their parts support and service rating is just above the Chinese crapcycles. An FZR Yamaha or a CBR Honda are far better choices.Take your time and practise what you teach and you’ll do fine.
