Everyone knows the custom motorcycle helmets with LED backlight?
I saw this long ago (2003 or 2004). No helmets, tanks gas, and fenders for motorcycles that regular daytime painting seemed normal. But when you have lit a fire upon them the light of a symbol image or name through the paint. Some were custom ordered by the bands with the bands logo or nicknames. I can not find anything about this process or do something similar. Honestly not stickers. LED lighting was real. What seemed to paint one or two coats of paint was all inside. then design inside and sprayed the other layers. So when they take the tape off and the bottom light illuminates the logo, then during the day looks like a normal gasoline tank, helmet, etc. That's my guess at how he did it because there were no stickers. Good idea, however, I can look into as well.
I know what you're talking about his partner I saw stickers for cars that do something similar, they need a power source if not need much energy to run. I saw them in the car shop Autobarn Australia asked where jap car stickers, like Nissan, Blitz and so on. Do not know, but if you find the sticker, you should be able to know who makes them and there. Hope this helps a little.
